Responsibility
Every employee at Sannam S4 Group is required to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. Any employee who violates this Policy, or in any manner discriminates with any person with a disability, or renders any harassment to such person shall be dealt with under the Code of Conduct of the Company.
The Policy shall be reviewed timely to comply with the changes in legal guidelines.
Grievance Procedure
All employees are obliged to abide by this Policy and applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a violation of this Policy, employees can report to the Human Capital department or their reporting manager. The report will be investigated as soon as possible and all parties will be listened to. The employee who was subjected to discrimination or unfair treatment will be protected against harassment and victimization.
The Head of Human Capital shall be the Liaison Officer for this position. Liaison Officer shall ensure that there is no discrimination during the hiring, training, and evaluating processes. At each stage of the employment life cycle, all the candidates, employees are treated equally and all the decisions regarding hiring and employee career progression are based on the requirements mentioned on the Job Description of the role being hired for and on the merit grounds respectively.
Maintenance of records
Sannam S4 Group shall maintain below records reflecting details of the disabled persons employed.
Number of persons with disabilities employed and the date of commencement of employment;
Name, gender and address of the persons with disabilities;
Nature of disability of such persons;
Nature of work rendered by such disabled person;
Kind of facilities provided to persons with disabilities.
Non-Adherence to Policy
Any employee who violates this Policy shall be subject to the disciplinary proceeding and action as per Sannam S4 Group’s Employee Conduct and Discipline Policy.
