The Principal Adviser is critical to the success of our client’s Indian sub-continent’s (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka) recruitment strategy. This role will have responsibility for: establishing and managing a marketing budget; development and achievement of long term KPI’s to achieve strategic objectives; oversight of marketing and recruitment plans that align with strategic objectives; identification and relationship management of key strategic partners; management of India team members and recruitment of new appointments. The role operates in a matrixed environment working closely with the India-based staff and UP Education stakeholders to achieve institutional goals.
The candidate will be based in New Delhi/Mumbai.
