Building on its ongoing expansion in the United States, Sannam S4 announces the appointment of Douglas Sessions as its new Vice President for Client and Stakeholder Relations in North America, based out of Sannam S4’s Washington D.C. office.
Mr. Sessions is focused on providing US institutions, Non-Profit Organizations, and Trade Associations with enhanced support for their international operations and expansion and will act as the main liaison between Sannam S4 and its valued North American partners.
Mr. Sessions brings tremendous experience in the education and non-profit sectors, previously serving as Executive Director of the Asia Society’s International Studies School Network where he led global strategy and execution for a renowned Global Competency program. Prior to the Asia Society, Mr. Sessions was the Global Head of Professional Development & Business Development at International Baccalaureate® (IB) an organization which offers high-quality international education programs to more than one million students in more than 150 countries. At IB, Mr. Sessions provided strategic leadership for a global team designing professional development workshops for ~75,000 teachers worldwide, growing the IB’s professional development revenue by $60M over a five-year period.
Mr. Sessions also recently served as an advisor to the College Board an American nonprofit organization that was formed in 1899 to expand access to higher education and now serves over 6,000 of the world’s leading educational institutions and is dedicated to promoting excellence and equity in education.

Mr. Sessions is a member of the Professional Advisory Board of the Gerald H. Read Center for International and Intercultural Education at Kent State University and holds an MA in Education from the University of Portland and has earned Teaching and Administrative Credentials from the State of Washington.
