Our speaker today is Ms Ambika Kaul, Counsellor, Delhi Public School RK Puram.
Ambika is a serial entrepreneur, and a diversity/social inclusion & workforce readiness champion. With over 19 years of experience advising global financial firms, including GE Capital, American Express, and AXA, she has worked across emerging and developed markets in Asia, the US, and Europe. Since 2012 she has co-founded, scaled, and successfully exited 2 start-ups in the luxury lifestyle and digital services space.
In 2018, Ambika took over career and college counselling innovation at Delhi Public School R.K.Puram. In addition to supporting over 5000 young learners explore career options and college choices, her focus has been to encourage entrepreneurship, critical thinking, social inclusion & writing skills to enable students to be more relevant and workforce ready. Ambika is a graduate in Economics from Delhi University and has an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Established in 1972, Delhi Public School, is a pre-eminent CBSE curriculum school in New Delhi. With over 7300 students and 400 teachers, with a significant proportion of the graduating class heading abroad for higher education, DPS graduates are found in almost all of the world’s top universities.

Our speaker today is Anjalii Agarwal, Career & College Counsellor at Vidyashilp Academy. Anjalii describes her role as a School Counsellor as both exciting and gratifying. Anjalii’s career has focused on the areas of career development activities, education & life enhancement.
Vidyashilp Academy is located in Bangalore and the school follows the Indian school certificate examinations ICSE & ISC, as well as the University of Cambridge examinations. The school has been recognised as a ‘Happy School’ by UNESCO’s Happy School Project.

Episode 4: Supporting students with low and mid-level scores to enter higher education
Our guest today is School Counsellor Ms. Shivangi Panchal.
Ms. Shivangi started her career with the World Wildlife Fund. She then went on to co-found the Ahmedabad International School [AIS] and is currently the Executive Director, Administration & for the last 15 years the College Counsellor at AIS. As a certified UCLA college counsellor, she has supported over 500 undergraduate students for their higher education applications in various universities abroad.
Ahmedabad International School was founded 20 years ago & follows a unique curriculum. AIS has IB PYP in the Primary School, Cambridge IGCSE and State Board in the Middle School and IB Diploma, and Cambridge A levels and State Boards in high school. Our guest today is Ms. Asma Ansari, Dean of Cambridge International Examinations & School Career Counsellor at the Daly College. Ms. Ansari has been with Daly College for 27 years, she has a Master’s Degree in Arts & a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
Daly College is a co-educational residential and day boarding school, located in Indore and founded in 1870, celebrating 150 years this year. Daly college is one of the oldest co-educational boarding schools in the world and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and CIE. Our guest today is Dr. Kshitiza Singh, Admissions Officer & College Counselor at the Hopetown Girls School, Dehradun. Dr. Singh has a Ph.D. in Economics, with over 20 years of experience as a Social Studies & Economics Teacher. Dr. Singh is a keen advocate for the counseling movement and aims to help the maximum number of people.
