Tim has worked in the international education sector for more than 18 years, with long stints in China, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Tim’s areas of experience and expertise are student recruitment strategies, branding and marketing for schools and universities, institutional partnerships, transnational education models and new market development. In multi-regional roles at leading university pathway providers such as Kaplan, Study Group and Shorelight, Tim set up direct recruitment links with international and local schools, and close working relationships with government and commercial partners. Tim led the British Council’s Education UK promotion strategy in the UAE and wider Middle East region, and has held ExCo positions with the British Business Group. Tim is a qualified TESOL teacher, holds a BA Hons in English Literature and a number of qualifications in Leadership and Strategic Management.
