Accomplished US education leader to drive dynamic growth in the United States and Canada as pandemic’s impacts ebb
Sannam S4 Group, a leading international education services provider, announced today that Joseph (Joe) Arangio has been appointed Senior Vice President & Executive Director, North America, Education. In this newly-created role, Joe will lead Sannam S4 Group’s ongoing expansion across North America, building upon the company’s extensive network of partnerships in the United States and Canada and capitalizing on opportunities as the market emerges from the pandemic.

Arangio has experience across education’s public, nonprofit and commercial sectors at both the K-12 and higher education levels. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer, North America, for Cambridge Education Group, Senior Vice President for Administration & Finance for Quincy College, Senior Consultant at Edunomix, and Director of Strategic School Planning & Operations for the Archdiocese of Boston. Joe has also served as US higher education advisor for Thomas International, a UK-based assessment services provider.

Joe has collaborated with universities in California, New York, Texas, Massachusetts and Rhode Island to create international learning programs and implement student recruitment and retention strategies. His experience includes ensuring universities’ compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and accreditation standards governing global education programs.
Arangio is a founding Board member of United World Schools USA, a charity that builds schools that provide free elementary education for overlooked and underserved children living in remote regions of Cambodia, Myanmar and Nepal. Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Winchester Boat Club, a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1900.
Joe holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, a Master of Science from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Salve Regina University.
