At Sannam S4 Group we’re committed to our people first and foremost. We care about collaboration, integrity, and empowering everyone in our team to succeed and flourish. When changes need to be made we’re not afraid to make it happen. Women are a vital part of our team and we’ve worked to promote the inclusion of women in the workplace. We’ve seen some positive developments – we’re proud that women now make up 60% of our workforce and account for 57% of our senior leadership team.
To continue these positive trends we’re dedicated to a number of powerful initiatives intended to promote equality and support women in the workplace. Our initiatives have led to significant achievements within talent acquisition and staff retention, including 90% of female staff choosing to return to work with us following their maternity leave. These progressive strategies help us to cultivate a diverse and balanced workforce that can utilise varied approaches and ideas, creating a truly dynamic and effective workforce. OUR APPROACH
A focus on mothers
We care about supporting mothers to remain part of the workforce and have adopted a number of measures to work towards this. Since 2017 we have repeatedly extended maternity and adoption leave provisions to help more new mothers remain in their roles. In 2019 we also implemented new working from home and flexible working policies that are intended to make life easier for the working mothers in our team. Also in 2019, we established a private lactation room to provide an appropriate space for nursing mothers.

Highlighting health and safety
A safe and healthy environment at work is vital for all types of employees. We’ve put in place a number of initiatives designed to ensure the health and safety of employees including:
- A stringent health and safety policy
- Registered cab booking services for travelling to/from work
- A Group Accidental Insurance Policy covering all employees
- Zero tolerance towards sexual harassment and regular awareness sessions
