Promotions of Two Sannam S4 Group Client Engagement Veterans

We are proud to announce the promotion of two long-serving, valued employees, Ritika Singh and Sreya Ghose, to the positions of Associate Directors, Customer Experience, Acumen. In their new roles, Ritika will be responsible for the India region, while Sreya will lead on non-India markets. These promotions highlight the client-first management style of both employees, a focus that is at the heart of Sannam S4 Group’s Acumen brand, benefiting the many partners these two company veterans serve.

Ritika, who will oversee operational delivery for in-country representation and TNE for India, our largest delivery market, joined the company six years ago and has advanced through progressively responsible positions. Sreya, who joined Sannam S4 Group around 6.5 years ago, will help expand the company’s global footprint by using her experience and expertise to set up delivery practices in new markets.

While their responsibilities diverge geographically, both Ritika and Sreya have developed exceptionally strong relationships with universities as well as with their Acumen colleagues with whom they work closely. Their skills in partner engagement will be accentuated in their new roles.
