Human Rights Policy


Sannam S4 Group is committed to protecting the health and safety of its Employees by safeguarding the environment and creating a sustainable positive impact in our communities and respecting all human rights where we operate.

Sannam S4 Group recognises that the business has the responsibility to respect and contribute to governance of Human Rights Act. We thrive to maintain the highest standards of business and ethical behaviour including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Company policies, practices and procedures.


Sannam S4 Group’s commitment to the maintenance of human dignity, of individuals and groups of individuals, is central to this Human Rights Policy (“Policy”) and ensures an environment free of discrimination and harassment. Sannam S4 Group actively endorses these standards at every level and in all aspects while individuals or groups are acting in a capacity defined by their relationship with the Company.

The fundamental objective of The Human Rights Policy (“Policy”) is to prevent discrimination and harassment on ground protected by the Human Rights Act and to provide procedures for handling complaints and remedying situations.

The policy also strengthens the Employee’s ability to critically evaluate and assess laws and policies in light with the Human Rights norms and guidelines.


The Human Rights policy applies to all Sannam S4 Group Full-time Employee, part-time Employee, Consultants, Interns worldwide. In general, the policy applies in employment and the provision of services.


Human Rights are basic rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of nationality, place of residence, sex, sexual orientation, colour, religion, language or any other status.

We recognise that we often operate in politically challenging and complex environments and we believe that this also presents us with an opportunity to make positive and lasting contributions in the areas of governance, transparency, respect for the rule of law, and social and economic development.

There is no exception to this policy.


Sannam S4 Group’s commitment entails respecting human rights and seeking to avoid involvement in human rights abuses, identifying, assessing and minimising potential adverse impacts through due diligence and management of issues, and resolving grievances from affected stakeholders effectively.

Sannam S4 Group endeavours to achieve this commitment by:

Respecting all Human Rights
Protecting rights of every person to life, privacy, health and equality, freedom of expression and freedom from discrimination and violence;
Treating others with respect regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBT) to protect their dignity. We are committed to the elimination of discrimination based on race, class, economic status, ethnic background, age, political beliefs, veteran status, marital status or any other protected class;
Valuing and advancing the diversity and inclusion of the people with whom we work. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all Employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment;
Aligning our existing policies, processes and activities with our commitment to respect human rights, including those that apply to labour practices, engagement with indigenous peoples; and security management;
Abiding all laws and regulations regarding pay practices and the classification of employment according to job level and status;
Prohibiting all forms of harmful child labour, forced/trafficked labour, discrimination and harassment;
Providing access to remedy by resolving grievances in a timely and culturally appropriate manner;
Ensuring to take steps to provide our employees with a safe and healthy place to work that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies;
Maintaining workplace free from violence, harassment, intimidation, and other unsafe or disruptive conditions due to internal or external threats;
Creating a work environment in where open and honest communication among employees is valued and respected;
Continually improving human rights performance by sharing good practices and learnings, setting and reviewing targets, and monitoring, reporting and disclosing performance.


All employees are obliged to abide by this Policy and applicable laws and regulations. In the event where an Employee believes they have been subjected to discrimination in violation of the policy are encouraged to report it to the Head of Human Capital, even if they are not certain whether a violation of this policy has occurred. No reprisals or retaliatory actions will be taken against any employee for raising concerns under this policy. The Human Capital department will investigate, address, and respond to the concerns of our employees and will take appropriate corrective action in response to any violation.

The Head of Human Capital shall be the Liaison Officer for this policy. Liaison Officer shall ensure that there is no violation and to take corrective actions in case of any reported incident.

Policy Violations

Violations of the Human Rights Policy or refusal to cooperate will result in disciplinary action may lead to sanctions up to and including termination or separation of the Employment.


This Policy shall formally be reviewed every five years or as per changes in laws and regulations.
