We are delighted to announce that Kapil Dua will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Seamless with immediate effect.

In the transition, Adrian Mutton will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Sannam S4 Group, enabling Kapil and Michael Bartlett (Acumen) to lead the group’s respective businesses. Adrian will oversee Group Board management, focus on raising the profile of the group’s activities and will work on advancing the Group’s strategic interests, including adding new potential business ventures to be established within the Group.

Kapil will work closely with the Sannam S4 Group Board members and his international leadership team of Ashok Swarup – India Chair, Ed Dixon, Michael Green and Kim Hayward who is to be a newly appointed advisor to the Seamless leadership team.
